1. Research Before writing, we research the topic thoroughly — checking active creators, current trends within the Sims 4 CC community, and what questions Simmers are actually asking.
2. Testing Where possible, content is written from direct, hands-on experience with the game and its CC — checking how items actually look in Create-a-Sim and in live gameplay, not just in a creator’s preview render.
3. Verification We verify creator names, platforms, and general claims before publishing. We do not fabricate creator credits, download statistics, or version numbers. If we’re not confident about a detail, we leave it out rather than guess.
4. Writing Articles are written in plain, accessible English, organized with clear headings, and structured to answer real questions — from beginner basics to more advanced tips.
5. Review Before publishing, content is checked for accuracy, tone, and formatting consistency with our house style.
Content Updates & Corrections
The Sims 4 CC scene moves fast. Creators change platforms, links break, and trends shift. Because of this:
- We periodically revisit older posts to update broken links, outdated screenshots, or inactive creators.
- Significant edits to older articles will update the page’s “Last Updated” date.
- If you spot an error, outdated link, or incorrect credit, we welcome corrections — please reach out via our Contact Us page.
Sourcing Standards
- We credit original CC creators wherever their work is featured or discussed.
- We do not copy text, descriptions, or images from other websites, wikis, or creator posts without permission and proper credit.
- We rely on official sources (EA, Maxis, verified creator platforms like Patreon and CurseForge) rather than unverified reposts or reupload sites.
